Daniel is a member of the Monkhouse Law small claims paralegal division. He graduated with Honours from a four-year Paralegal Studies, Bachelor of Applied Arts Degree at Humber College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning.
As Daniel has a passion for advocacy, in University he participated in a total of 10 undergraduate mooting competitions (mock trial cases), including the Osgoode Cup where he and his partner placed in the semi-finals and was awarded a Distinguished Advocacy Award for his performance. He now looks forward to judging mooting competitions. He currently facilitates mooting practice sessions for students in the paralegal program at Humber.
Before joining Monkhouse Law Daniel previously worked at a high-volume personal injury law firm for 1 year as an Accident Benefits Assistant, where he gained experience in handling claims and client service.
Daniel plays multiple instruments in his free time, enjoys to play hockey, and mid-distance running. His highest interests are advocacy, access to justice, and public policy.
