Monkhouse law represented the president of the company terminated after being accused of fraud. Monkhouse Law fought and exonerated the employee who was then awarded their full benefits over a long notice period. The Ontario Superior Court also awarded legal fees, being $546,684.73, which was the highest amount on record awarded to a wrongfully dismissed employee on record.  The trial judge commented on how prepared Monkhouse Law was at the trial in awarding that amount.
