Prior to entering the legal field, she built a successful career in operations management, where she gained extensive experience in employee relations, workplace policies, personnel management, and conflict resolution.
Outside of work, Mara enjoys travelling, thrifting, painting, and staying active, especially through spin classes. Above all, she loves spending time with her friends and family.
