Pratibha is an Associate Counsel at Monkhouse Law. She received her J.D. from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and is a barrister and solicitor, licensed by the Law Society of Ontario. During law school, Pratibha participated in national mooting competitions, placing second at the 2023 Immigration, Refugee, and Citizenship Moot, and honed her skills in legal research, writing, and advocacy.
Pratibha has experience representing clients in court, negotiating resolutions, and preparing persuasive pleadings and submissions. She is committed to providing practical, results-oriented advice and strong advocacy for individuals facing workplace issues.
Outside of work, Pratibha enjoys hot yoga, traveling, and exploring her interest in fashion.
