Deloitte Class Action
Monkhouse Law is proud to be representing Shireen Sondhi in her Class Action against ATD/Deloitte as the proposed representative Plaintiff for all document reviewers who have in the past or currently work at ATD/Deloitte.
In the Statement of Claim, she alleges that document reviewers were denied their rights by being misclassified as independent contractors rather than employees.
