Mikaela is a senior paralegal associate at Monkhouse Law and is licensed by the Law Society of Ontario.
Mikaela graduated with Honours from the Paralegal Diploma program in 2017 from Durham College. Mikaela is currently completing the Human Resources Management program at McMaster University part time.
Prior to working at Monkhouse Law, Mikaela worked as a Legal Assistant focusing on Employment Law and Human Rights matters. At Monkhouse Law, Mikaela assists with the efficiency of the firm’s operations, including, but not limited to file carriage, drafting legal documents and conducting legal research.
Mikaela has a passion and drive to help others which is what led her to want to pursue a career in employment law. Mikaela consistently puts forth her best efforts to come to a creative solution to any problem.
In her free time, Mikaela volunteers at an animal shelter helping to rehabilitate mistreated animals and find them a forever home. Mikaela also enjoys long nature hikes with her dog Daisy, trying new recipes or playing sports such as baseball or soccer.
